Sheet Metal Shop

We operate a 25,000 sq. ft. state-of-the-art duct fabrication facility that is equipped with the most advanced equipment including a Lockformer Laser Max 1.5KW Laser, Vulcan Plasma Cutting Table, Engel Coil Line, various rollformers (TDC, small Pittsburg, large Pittsburg, snap-lock, etc.), Gore-Lok, Nor-Lok, Lockformer Whisper Lock, Gripnail Power Pinner, and Roto-Die brakes. This equipment is computer-driven and interfaces with our CAD/Revit capabilities which enables us to provide the highest quality and consistency of the ductwork and fittings the first time around.

Pipe Fitting Shop

In addition to our sheet metal shop facility, we operate a 20,000 sq. ft. pipe shop. This facility houses our Victaulic RG5200i Smart Tool, Baileigh Industrial horizontal bandsaw and two multi-ton crane systems, along with other pipe threading, brazing and welding equipment. Pipe is pre-fabricated in our shop before being delivered to the jobsite by utilizing our BIM to produce spool drawings. This enables us to save time in the field and helps with the overall project schedule.
